Cardboard floordisplays

For the company Zespri, we were able to supply Zespri cubes that are used at events for a Connect Four game. We printed the cubes in two colors that truly match the Zespri kiwis. Young and old alike thoroughly enjoy this fun initiative by Zespri. It's a highly interactive way to connect with your customers.

For DEAC coffee experts, we were able to create a large colored letter in honeycomb cardboard for their showroom. We made the A from 16 mm BEELITE, which has an EU fire certificate. The letter is printed in the customer's color and stands firmly on two feet.

We regularly make care kiosks for a customer, and now they asked if we could also make a wheelchair variant. Of course we can. We created the wheelchair care kiosk model based on the dimensions of the real version, but now made of cardboard and demountable. The photo shows the unprinted fit model.

Snobbs asked us to develop a display for their dog towels. The display was to remain white, but it had to be clear what it was about. We cut the top card made of 2 mm display cardboard in the shape of the crown from the logo, and the front is printed in full color.

For promotional purposes, we were allowed to design a Grolsch swing-top bottle, but slightly larger. Our Grolsch swing-top bottle is a whopping 6 times larger than the original. Our client printed the components, and now the giant swing-top bottle can be admired at various locations.

For Royal Blue, we were asked to develop a display to showcase the beautiful hand-shaped Delft Blue apples. After the design was approved, we printed the displays in the corporate style, scored and cut them, and packaged them individually so they could be easily shipped to various locations worldwide.

For our client, we were asked to develop a display in brown cardboard that still needed to be able to bear some weight. We therefore chose a brown BC-flute (7 mm). The slanted walls create a playful and slim-looking display. Using the cutting plotter, we cut an unprinted fit model of the display in the correct quality.

This book display is slim and sleek. It consists of a base, a top card, and a compartmentalized tray. The book display is made entirely of corrugated cardboard and can be printed as desired. The tray offers space for 8 compartments with dimensions of 140 mm wide, 235 mm high, and 90 mm deep. 

Presenting your product in the store is perfect with this floor display. With a floor area of 60x40 cm, this floor display can be used anywhere. You can choose the number of shelves yourself. The top card makes it possible to convey your message to the customer. The buffer at the bottom completes the floor display perfectly.

This presentation column takes up little space and has a large surface area to clearly convey your message. It measures 550 mm wide and 1580 mm high. Due to the clever construction inside the column, it stands beautifully curved and remains stable. It is delivered flat and can be set up in just a few moments.

These beautiful cardboard plant pots are made of multiple layers of 3-ply corrugated cardboard. These gorgeous cardboard plant pots are available in our webshop PUUR|karton. Thanks to the plastic inner pot, you can water your plants normally, while the exterior is 100% cardboard. These pots are a feast for the eyes.

To draw attention to promotions in the supermarket, Karton Design has designed this theater. In this case, the customer can guess the weight of the giant pumpkin in the theater. Another week, the theater is used to draw attention to an offer, promotion, or new product.
