Cutting cardboard

What we design, we can also make ourselves. And we always check your design for feasibility and possible optimization opportunities. And then: let's cut! Karton Design has advanced machines that allow us to cut even the strongest types of cardboard. Honeycomb cardboard 8 centimeters thick, for example, that's truly unique.

Types of cardboard

Cardboard comes in many different types. Honeycomb cardboard is the sturdiest. It's a double layer of cardboard with a core of cardboard in a honeycomb profile. Thanks to this structure, the cardboard is extremely strong, yet still lightweight. Corrugated cardboard is also widely used, especially for finishing. Corrugated cardboard can be beautifully printed. An additional advantage is that you can bend and fold corrugated cardboard, making it convenient to transport/ship. For smaller displays and packaging, we regularly use solid and kraft cardboard. If you want to fully focus on sustainability, we'd be happy to pull out special cardboard made from agricultural waste for you.
